Converting existing filenames on .install

Issue Summary

While image filenames converted ok, their thumbnails left alone with old filenames. Not pretty serious, but good to see them changed too.

Why doesn't it rename the files? It renamed the file paths in the DB, but the files themselves were unchanged. Why?
