I need a photo Gallery for 6.x!!

Hello everyone. I have been looking around in the modules looking for a good photo gallery for Drupal 6.x. Can someone please point me in the right dirrection? I really need a gal asap but I have not see anything for 6.x.

I use Image Gallery, as it is, out of the box, and I am sure this can be improved signiificantly, but all the functionality is there.
I use Image and Image Import to make it easy to load photos/images as a batch and Image assist..
It may be worth trying.
If you want to look at my site, you will see that it handles a hierarchy of galleries (ie. galleries within galleries), and I use the same images in my content (the thumbs, previews etc.. get created automatically).

I have to agree
Image Gallery was the quickest way for me to get up and running and is really simple to use. The images are automatically added with previews and thumbnails and is fully configurable. Also for a nice touch, use in conjunction with thickbox.

My choice would be a selection of modules : cck plus imagefield, imagecache to create the thumbnails and resized versions, views to display the thumbnails and lightbox2 for an enlarged view.
You can then use taxonomy for categorising / tagging / albums etc.

Module similar to bornfree ?
Hi, i'd like to find a module similar to bornfree, but i'm under Drupal 5.19 (and bornfree is available only for drupal 6). What about the module you had developped ? Can it be installed on drupal 5.19 ? If yes will you release it on drupal.org ?
