Looking for "test" modul

Hey,

Im looking for a 'test module. Have been searching on some different sites, but cant really find what im looking for.

Might be a lil' difficult to explain, but ill try.

The module should work as a test, where the user gets some questions with different answer options. The test should be divided into 3 categories containing between 2-4 questions. Each question have between 2-4 answer options. At the end of the test, you should see a page with a result - in form of text - is given from what answers you gave.
From a technically point of view. Each answer have some points - which the user cant see, and dont know anything about. The sum of these points should define which of 3 'result-texts' to use.
