Here's what I expect to happen, (and what does happen if FiveStar Extra is disabled), when adding a comment in a forum:
1) Click on "reply" or "post comment" link
2) Type comment
3) Click "Preview" button
4) Make modifications if necessary and then go back to (3)
5) Click "Save" Button

Here's what actually happens when FiveStar Extra is enabled:
1) Click on "reply" or "post comment" link;
2) Type title and comment for comment;
3) Click "Preview" button;
4) if necessary, make modifications and then go back to (3) at which point the title and content of your comment are nulled;
5) Click "Save" at which point the title and content of your comment are nulled;
6) Retype the content of the post!!!!;
7) Click "Save" button.

I've seen this post http://drupal.org/node/318162 which was quickly retracted, but I wonder if it was related.

i have something like, when i preview the comment both buttons get disabled! Save and Preview does nothing in IE

I cannot duplicate this problem and have had no other reports of it, so I'm marking it fixed as this relates to an old version. However, if it has not been fixed for you, please reopen this issue and I'll look into it.
