very nice gallery:

1. how to make thumbs all the same sizes? ie NO aspect ratio

2. are the images uploaded to the drupal server or can u specify URLs so we can use a dedicated image server?

3. are there themes and overrides for this gallery?

4. are there usergroup restriction

The size of image thumbnails is controlled by the image module, not acidfree.
