today (with Dec 14 build) I saw again the behaviour described in http://drupal.org/node/336774 (although it had been running nicely for few days). So I uninstalled and reinstalled today's build. The problem is that it does not take the configuration. If I enable the blocks and save, I get back the form with all boxes unchecked.

I believe I found out about this problem this afternoon. If we're really talking about the same problem this should be fixed in tonight's development snapshot. Please try this one as it becomes available or download the latest vocabindex.admin.inc manually and replace the existing contents with these. Please let me know it that fixes the problem after you have tried it :)
