I almost finish translations but before I post, i have one question:
All my trnaslated string with %name and %site is not recognized in Drupal, so have other string with !name and !site is not translated.
Any suggestion?

Not exactly sure about that. Can you post the .po file you made? Please zip or tar it first as drupal.org seems to screw with the character encoding in them otherwise.
