I´m sorry, maybe this is a silly question but... should I install this module in a D5.x installation?
After reading what is this module about I think that´s only usable in 6.x... is that correct?

No. If you read the project page, you can see that neither of the modules is using it yet on D5. No one needs to be installing this, yet. I'm still in the process of getting all three modules working together in both branches and will give instructions when it's time to upgrade.
