Hi there,
I use User_types version 5.x-1.x-dev. with profile privacy. Currently I have 2 user types which is Individual & Team. There is profile_birthday field which is required for Individual and will be hidden for Team. I wish to allow user to override the birthday field default visibility. The checkbox 'Do not Display Birthday publicly' still appear for Team even thou the birthday field does not display.
Anyone using user types with profile privacy module? Any suggestion what can I do if I would like to have different fields for different user types where users can control the fields privacy themselves?

I'd love to help but this is outside of the degree to which I'm using profile privacy. It'd be good to get an update if this is still an issue with latest profile privacy and user types though. If I get some time I may setup user types and test this out, but for the foreseeable future I'm relying on the community with respect to debugging this.

Ok i can confirm the problem, it seems that the profile privacy disregards if other modules unset some fields form the form :)

ok here is a small patch which helps to integrate both modules. Use only if you have user type installed!!

I would do it, but first wish to make it working without user type, too. think in one week !
