node type access control WITH administer nodes on

Hi,

I'm looking for a module/snipplet to set content-type access rights for roles which will over write administer nodes.
The reason is that I do want to give certain roles administer nodes permissions but this way they have access to all content-types.
I need administer nodes permissions for these roles for revisions/publish|unpublish/promoto to front etc but prevent them to
create and or edit certain nodes....

Is there any way to do this?
