Just installed on windows xp and found it to be setup differently from the mac. There's no category menu, no update repository link, all the searches are zero.

Ok I see it's been updated, geez I feel sorry for PC users, windows sucks, glad I was only testing it. Mac is king. I figured out why the categories were not showing up, there was no update repositiory link so i did admin/plugin_manager/reload and that did it
