My vote is for there to be an option, or for forward to use a default email. Having users choose their own email is a sure way to get the forwarded content into a spam folder in most major email clients. The email sent from should be an email from the site to avoid this, or have an option for admins to choose.

Good point. I have my spam filters set to be pretty aggressive, but it never blocked those emails so I hadn't thought of that being a problem. I'll add an admin option to do that in the next update.

I disagree. Having it be from the users email seems to be like a great way to ensure that the email doesn't get trapped in a spam filter and to increase the likelihood of the recipient actually reading the mail. It came from somebody they know and regardless of how agressive the spam filter, it will still get through.

On the other hand the simpler email-this-page module does not come from the person filling out the form, it comes from a site address. And it always gets caught it my rather non-aggressive spam filter.

Going to set this to won't fix, as it's working fine on all of my sites (20+). I have not had any reports of problems.
