Hey,

We are developing new drupal site and I am highly recommending Acidfree for our image gallery but our management is scared with red 'x' mark at dev release do you think there will be any offical recommended release? Ant ETA for this?

Subscribing means other people are interested in your issue and are posting a comment to receive updates to the thread. I can't speak for the module maintainer, but I know they are very busy and develop the module in their spare time. I know we are very fortunate to have a 6.x version at all, so the stable release will likely come when the maintainer has time.

Acidfree is back under active maintenance again. Try the beta2 or latest dev branch and please check the "road map" issues to get an idea of what the progress is.
