I've been looking for the answer for a few hours now and can't seem to find it. Well after installing BG, I enabled the module. Well no pictures are displayed. I uploaded the pictures via FTP

Then I went to the manage galleries page, and got the Invalid argument error with "brilliant_gallery.module on line 366."

And yes for my "path" I have "albums", and the directory IS there: "files/albums"

I'm lost right now. Any help would be great. Thanks

Are you using the correct files folder? My drupal installation gave me two files folders: one is www/files, the other is sites/default/files. The correct one to use for brilliant gallery is the one under sites/(your site folder)/files.
