Everytime I try to add an issue I get the following error and am seemingly disconnected from my server (which is running on localhost and am accessing from localhost)...

Safari can’t open the page “http://***.***.***/drupal//node/add/project_issue”. The error was: “lost network connection” (NSURLErrorDomain:-1005) Please choose Report Bug to Apple from the Safari menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.

Any ideas?

I am experiencing this same error in 5.1 when trying to add a menu item. The browser does not seem to make a difference. I have also tried various themes and module configurations. I have tried with the first user and with an authenticated user with the same result.
