category list in advanced search doesn't use localized tags

I've got Polish installed in addition to the default English and have defined a vocabulary which has the "localize terms" translation mode and I've supplied translations for all the items in the vocabulary. I've noticed that when I use the language switcher to switch to Polish and then go to advanced search, the box to select tags for the category list doesn't use the Polish version of the tags, the English version are still displayed - the rest of the user interface is in Polish. When I'm displaying a node in polish, I do get the Polish version of those tags as expected. Has the tags section pane in the advanced search been updated to support localized vocabularies?
