I can confirm that the new alpha version is not working in Safari whereas the version 5.x-2.x-dev (2008-Dec-27) was.

Sorry -- this is beyond my debugging skills :(

Wysiwyg 5.x-1.x-dev (2009-Jan-07 build)

Image assist not working from either text link (below editor) or tinymce popup...

Could you please explain what "not working" means exactly? Also, if you get any JavaScript errors, we need them. Furthermore, please test again with the latest development snapshot.

I think this was a false alarm. Installing the latest dev snap shot cleared up the issue -- though I'm not even sure there was an issue in the first place....

I'm closing this ticket now.
