This bug is all time when I installed my first version Date for 6.x and I updating module when are updates.

In date field configuration I have: Years back and forward: 0:+3.

When I add new node with this content type, and when I click on date field I have calendar. I can choose years from 2009 to 2012, but if I choosing December 2012, and click on Next/Rewind button that days and months are changing.. but years aren't. So if I click now on some day it I have inserted to date field for example 25.01.2015

I attached the screen when I clicking on rewinded date. I click on 12.07.2009 but inserted is 12.07.2017

I'm not following what the problem is, but there have been some fixes to the way the years back and forward are computed that may have fixed your problem.
