3. Go to Administer -> Site Configuration -> Resume.
Select which node type(s) would be designated as resumes that can be
used to apply for jobs.

I have done easily steps 1 and 2, but at point 3, I don't hve voice RESUME in my site configuration page http://www.rnhotels.com/admin/settings

from what could come this error?

Did you enable the resume module?

If you did, then make sure you go to admin/settings/performance and clear all cache.

After that the resume settings should appear.

yes, you are right, activation the
Resume access
and resume module then is all right, sorry , problem solved!
