I created a chat room and a test chat. If I click on the test chat to begin the chat, I get just a blank page. The memory limit is at 62mb.
I don't know what to do....

You are most likely having this error:

You should be able to uncheck "Automatically archive old messages" and it will work. Doing a search for the function within the issue queue will provide some other tips:
