I have a problem which gives me a headache for 2 days now. Hope you guys can help.

I activated i18n on a Drupal 5.11 Installation, German beeing the first and English the second language.
Further more i activated clean urls.

When i switch the language from German to English on the Frontpage i get an 403 Access denied error.
URLs look like this:
www.examplewebsite.de/en/ (When switching to the english version)
www.examplewebsite.de/de/ (Switching back to the german version)

All the other pages work perfectly though, for example i can call up (www.website.de/en/examplecategory)
and have no problem at all.

I think i found the solution myself and as always it wasnt that complicated.

The folders created "en" "de" didnt have the correct rights.

i seem to have a similar problem. what do you mean with "folders"? there's no folder called after languages...
