Error with Panels 2 / Views

I am getting the following error on a page using Panels 2 and a View in one of the panels. This is both when logged in as a user and when i am logged out of drupal. Other pages using Panels seem to be ok with only Panels and no view inserted.

If i disable the module the problem goes away.
