Make tab heading 'Pending Revisions' on newer revisions

Description
When viewing a (non-current) revision of a node, the tab heading is 'Earlier Revision'.
When using the revision moderation module, there may be newer unpublished pending revisions
of a node. Change the tab heading to 'Pending Revision' if the revision id is higher than
the node's current revision id.
