I want know that pathauto module are static url. I change in menu Url.

http://192.168.1.2/Drupal/D6dot9/Home

Please Guide me............

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking... Pathauto creates URL aliases (the paths are not to "real" files or directories). These are just pointers to Drupal's underlying paths. You can ensure that only a single path is accessible to browsers by using the Global Redirect module.
