When configuring the language switcher block, it can only be "All languages" or one of them. Thus:
- it cannot be made multilingual using string translation (not translatable)
- it cannot be made multiple to have one for each language because this bloc is automatically created.

What is the solution?

Only custom blocks are translatable.

Something is really missing here ... and confusing.
Anyway, temporary solution is to create a "dummy" custom block with just title and put ontop of that particular block. Need to do some theming so it looks fine ..
