What modules do I need to make a video and image site?

1. So users can upload videos, and the video that was uploaded goes to a video page.

2. When a user uploads an image, the image that was uploaded goes to the Pictures page..

Please help...

For video there's many different ways to handle it. The best thing to do is browse the media category, pick a couple out that look like they might meet your requirements and give them a test drive. Once you know what they're like, you can post more specific followup questions if you still have any.

u have told us, the details of your case.

do u think there's a module good for all cases?

1. video format? flv? mp4? avi?
2. who hosts the video files? by u or by youtube (3 rd party)?
3. video size vs bandwidth ..do u have enough bandwidth? if it takes 10 hr for upload, and 1 hr to download, is that OK?

...

We go the drupal way. How about you?

1. I want the video to support most formats.. flv, swf, avi, wmv, etc..
2. I want to host the videos.
3. I have unlimited bandwidth... It won't take 10hr upload... ;)

What is the best module for video! I have searched video modules, but I don't seem to find any..
I need:

1. So registered users would upload their own videos from their computers to my server.
2. So that uploaded video goes to the video page.
3. The video page is a list of thumbnails with the description on the right side...

Please help I'm a newbie! Thanks in advance!
