Limit available questions to control page length and loading time

This may be more of a 6.x-3.x feature or already be part of the feature set

Since i can now add images to the Question, I added another 100+ questions, the problem is i now have over 500 questions so it takes a very long time to load the page, an di suspect there will sooner than later be memory issues. Is there a way of making this paged ? Or something that will reduce the time to load the page?

One thought that came to mind, as i suspect paging is not so easy, is that for the Quiz we could define taxonomy(s), and when we add questions only those with the selected taxonomy are offered
