Permission missing for ranking/selection

Description

At /admin/user/permissions should be some permissions to set for users. I can use Decisions (as admin) but can't give right to users. I can only see title "module ranking", "module decision" and no check boxes beneath them.

I can't actually reproduce this: i see permissions for decisions. The ranking and selection module have no permissions specific to them so their rows are empty, right now.

Since that should probably be fixed at some point, I'm keeping this issue opened until we figure out which perms should be in the mode-specific modules...
