This is the first Release Candidate for the Outline Designer. I wanted to put as much polish as possible into it before releasing a first version so here goes....
Known issues:
* IE / Opera - Don't even think about it, they aren't worth using they are so incompatible at the moment.
* Duplicate function sometimes loses association to the correct parent (not a huge deal just annoying, all content copies correctly otherwise)
* The Permissions button doesn't do anything at the moment, this is a work in progress and will be enabled with Node Privacy by role module so that you can cascade permissions if you want to (and it's enabled)
* Currently works with Tinymce module, no WYZIWYG API support at this time (or FCK; meeting our needs and then branching from there)
