Add existing translated content under translation tab?

Localizer has a feature.
Add already existing content under x language for the corresponding translated version of the content that you are translating.

When you click on the translate tab, you have 2 choices per language:
a) Add existing translation
b) Make a new one for that content

Is this feature present in i18n or would be implemented?
