i have one menu with each item added and each item having selected a language.

if I click on admin > site building > menus then click settings. menus show in both languages.

going to home page or other pages still showing both languages.

until I go to admin > site building > menus and then don't click on settings
the menus will only display the one language.

both languages start showing at random intervals without me having to click settings, but going to admin > site building > menus seems to fix it temporarily.

did not notice this with v2.3 or 2.4

drupal 5.15, php 5.25

I am having a similar issue.

I have a site using D5 with a weird issue. Every time a document is scheduled the menus get expanded and show all languages instead of the current one.

Same solution:
"I go to admin > site building > menus and then don't click on settings"
