This is the development version of plugin manager v.2.
IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.
IT WON'T WORK FOR QUITE SOME TIME.
DO NOT INSTALL THIS VERSION IF YOU WANT ONE THAT WORKS.
We'll create a release closer to time, but for right now NO functionality that you want is here. The only person who should even bother installing this one who is helping to develop.
