Description
With previous releases of the plugin manager we have had problems figuring out the configuration of some of the more unusual setups. At least until the end of beta, we need a debug page to list off any relative details. Thus it can be quickly copied and pasted into a bug report. This should help speed the transition from 1.x to 2.x.
