Breadcrumbs not working

Breadcrumbs don't seem to work at all with Acidfree. At any album level, only 'Home' is displayed, and at the image node level, I see "Home / Site Suggestions"... and Site Suggestions happens to be the name of one of my forum containers. The link under that breadcrumb, however, points only to http://example.com/node/.

Any suggestions for a fix?
