I think the key of this case is to describe the attribute of the hotels, for example,hotel overview,image gallery,guest reviews,facilities,map and location.

can ubercart module support these demand?

if you really need that module you will have to use drupal 5. Or speak with the developer by way of the issue queue for the module in question and find out what the intentions are of a port. The developer may need some help with the port or may need to be hired to expedite the port. Check the issue queue for threads that may already be discussing a port to drupal 6.x before you create an issue there.
