Hi. Please grant CVS access to kulvik (http://drupal.org/user/39152) as a co-maintainer of the Norsk Bokmål translation project (http://drupal.org/project/nb). He has been helping a lot in the maintainance of our localization server (http://lokalisering.drupalnorge.no). Giving him access to commit the updated localization files from our localization server directly to Drupal.org's CVS contribution repository (nb) will make our work on translations more efficient.

As the project owner of the Norwegian Bokmål project, I am confirming that he is fit to be one of the co-maintainers of the nb project.
