GET bgchecklist/loadall/999999 fails

The file bgchecklist.js has some code in the first few lines which result in the page generating a GET http://mydomain/bgchecklist/loadall/999999.

This always fails (Error 404 Not Found), and must be either wrong or redundant.

Also it happens on every page, whether related to the gallery function or not - I don't know if there is any way to control this?
