Error when publishing/unpublishing a binary poll [#382368]

When publishing a previously unpublished binary poll, I get this error:

"Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [removed]/public_html/sites/all/modules/advpoll/advpoll.module on line 1169."

and all voting choices and poll-settings are lost.

Same things happens when unpublishing a previously published poll.

Can you try this again and let me know if you still get the error? I tried it right now and didn't seem to get the error.
