user warning: Table 'table.content_type_conference_paper' doesn't exist query: SELECT field_paper_id_value FROM content_type_conference_paper WHERE nid = 0 in test/drupal/sites/all/modules/conference/conference.module on line 1909
I ran update.php and still got this error. Am i doing something wrong?

No it is not your mistake, the mistake is on myside :).
I have corrected the code and put it back into the CVS Repository.
It should be available in the latest DEV by tonight.
