Integrate in user profiles (node profile)

Thanks for this great module, it is just perfect!!!

I need a little help with integrating the configuration page into the user profile page. I'm aware that the module provides this functionality by default, but I use nodeprofile on my site for various reasons and I need to show the convey configuration page on the additional page created by node profile, instead of the core "Account settings" page. I know that this feature is somewhere in between convey and node profile module but it would be really great to get some guidance or advice.
