Dutch translation

Although I am 100% Dutch, I can't speak or write a lick of it (ok, I might have gathered a few choice words from my grandparents, but I probably don't even know what they really mean).

Should/Could someone review?
Or could this just drop right in... (I'm obsessed with helping clear issue queues, the highlight of my day ;-)

Some comments:

* I would use "Startdatum" instead of "Van datum" and "Einddatum" instead of "Tot Datum" (more common)
* Your use of upper- and lowercase isn't consistent
* Line 63 "selecteerd" should be "selecteert"
* Line 71, 75 "strotime" should be "strtotime"
* Line 99 "invoerformaat" should be "formulier"
* In line 99 I would use "waarden" instead of "waardes" (both correct, but consistent this way)
* Line 107 "de" should be "het"
* In line 115 I would use "vooruit" instead of "in de toekomst" (consistent)
* Line 123 "soconde" shoulde "seconde" (and skip de last space)
* Line 191 "stel" should be "stelt"
* Line 191 "Hehalende" should be "Herhalende"
* Line 191 "slecteren" should be "selecteren"
* Line 259 one "of" too many
* Line 327 a missing '
* Line 399 place , after "gedefinieerd"
* Line 411 a space too many
* Line 464 "aan de gang zijnde" should be "lopend"
* Line 472 "gebruikmaken" should be "gebruik maken"
* Line 472 place , after gebruiken
* Line 472 "widhet" should be "widget"
* Line 484 "Definieerd" should be "Definieert"

There is already a Dutch translation in the files. Any translator is welcome to make any necessary changes and commit them directly. I try not to touch the translations to be sure I don't screw them up :)

I'll leave this issue open for someone to see if the above changes need to be made and make them. Please close the issue after that is done.

No activity or attention after over a year.
I am just going to close this issue out.
