Issue Summary
Hello,
I have several books created on my page, with their corresponding book pages. I'd like users to rate only book pages in one specific book, not all of them. Is this possible somehow withouth much code hacking? I enabled fivestar for book pages, but then this allows rating of all book pages in all books...
