I've been using a modified version of Case Tracker as a helpdesk system on one of my sites for quite some time, it's great to see that there is a new Maintainer for this module!
It would be great if there was some sort of canned response system for repeat postings of the same info. You could add the canned responses via and admin page, then access them via a block when responding to a case.
