can language switcher block showed horizontal? i mean not as row but as column, first language at left and second at right.
how to do that?

You can handle it with theming and css. Better go to the theming forum.

Would be nice to have this function incorporated in the module's block itself. i.e.: give us an option to choose horizontal/vertical and with no bullets.
