BG shows black box

I have installed BG 6.x-3.0, colorpicker-6.x-1.0-beta1 and Lightbox2-6.x 1.9
I have uploaded few pictures in /sites/default/files/albums
and added albums as a path to the main gallery folder.

I can browse the images in the album folder, I have added the gallery block to my front page
but on the front page I only see a black box.
I am not sure how to debug this problem can somebody help.
