Painted Wall is now on version 2.0 for Drupal 6. The intention here is to make Painted Wall more flexible, more beautiful and more robust. UI improvements have been added.

Version 2 is a massive rework of the theme. The layout technique have been completely rewritten to make it possible for anyone to alter the dimensions easily. At first, flexibility of the general width of the site was the principal objective, but later on, some experimenting with new CSS techniques made me aim at a total control over the dimensions of the layout. It is now possible to change the dimensions of all sidebar or content, easily change the width of the site, switch from fluid to fixed width, or even alter the border of the content by just quickly editing the layout.css file. Painted is also way lighter than before, using less images, and less memory for the color module.

It is now also possible to remove the painted header background through the configuration page of the theme (bottom). An alternative design for the primary links have been added.

Painted should 2.0 fixes the following bugs/request..:

Painted Wall 2.0 still support the color module.

This version is in development. It is highly NOT stable in Damn Internet Explorer (6-7). Debbuging help is greatly appreciated. Do not use for live sites if you expect something bug-free.
