Hi, have a question.
I want to configure ticketing module to send notification for every submitted ticket.
I had set the "Group e-mail address", after that checkbox "Mail group" appeared in ticket creation form, but it is unchecked. If user does not check it, I have only strange message about changing ownership to ''.
Can I configure module to have "Mail group" checkbox checked by default?
Maybe anyone have better solution.

roczei commentedYou need to set the "Group e-mail address" at the group's mail template section, this address will be the sender address of the mail.
Example:
https://gug.grid.niif.hu/ticketing/index.php?q=admin/ticket/group/edit/8...
The next step is to add the mail address and switch on the Default element.
Example:
https://gug.grid.niif.hu/ticketing/index.php?q=admin/ticket/group/edit/8...
This mail address will be switch on by default when you will create a new ticket. If the creator will be not switch off it then the mail will be send to this address.
You can test this on our demo site: Username: testuser2 Password: testuser2
Please use the new RC2 release of ticketing.
