Tokens are provided for day, month, and year of the node and comment notifications, but lacks the time of these events. A post in tokens refers to this, but as far as all token documentation goes, the feature was not added. The token maintainer seems to state that this is the job of the module developer.

I tend to agree with token maintainer.

Anyway, events have new tokens now, check out 6.x-4.x versions.

No new features for 5.x though.
