title says pretty much it: actually anonymous users never see the User profiles tab and cannot access page either even if the 'search user profiles' permission is accorded. Thanks.

I'm afraid I don't have that problem - it works fine for anon users on my setup. Be sure that you have given anon users the "search content" AND "search user profiles" permissions.

incrn8, yes, those perms are actually both accorded..a few other modules are installed on the website, i will try on a clean setup and report back here.

ups, right.. anonyms are supposed to also have the "access users profiles" permission. i'll write it on my desk..!
