I have a number of OG groups which are no longer active, but they show up nonetheless in the list of groups which I can subscribe to notifications from (this is the admin account we are talking about).

A bug?

Blocked as in unpublished?

OG's handling of unpublished groups is a little circumspect as group content is still accessible and subscribe-able even if the parent group is unpublished... something of a grey area as far as OGN is concerned.
